pickGordon Korman is pretty close to an auto buy author for my class library, and books with this kind of humor and heart are the reason why. This story includes a frustrated and burnt out teacher as well as a class of middle schoolers that for the most part nobody has tried to help.
I bought this and leant it out before getting a chance to read it, so I listened to the full cast audio and recommend it as well.
