This was probably one of the better self-help books that I've read. I like to throw in a self-help book here and there in my reading, because it's always good (in my mind) to try to continually better oneself. Whether that means spiritually, physically, or emotionally. Edith Eger is a Holocaust survivor, an amazing psychologist, and expert in PTSD. Her advice is top-notch and practical. This isn't a book to read quickly. I found it very helpful!
